Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mnemovid service, available at https://mnemovid.com. By using the service, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Service Description

Mnemovid is an online service that transforms photos into video animations using artificial intelligence. The service includes restoration, optional colorization and photo animation.

User Account

Access to the service requires creating an account via a magic link sent by email. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your email address and any activity carried out from your account.

Authorized Use

• You must only upload photos for which you hold the rights or for which you have obtained authorization.
• It is prohibited to use the service to generate illegal, defamatory, pornographic content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Any attempt to circumvent service limits (quotas, credits) is prohibited.
• Automated use of the service (bots, scripts) is prohibited without prior authorization.

Intellectual Property

Videos generated from your photos belong to you. You retain all rights to your original photos.

The Mnemovid service (code, design, brand, text) remains the exclusive property of the publisher.

Service Limits

• The free service is limited to 1 animation per account in standard quality (720p) with watermark.
• Premium animations require credits and offer high definition without watermark.
• Mnemovid reserves the right to modify limits and pricing at any time, with prior notice.

Liability

• Mnemovid shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions or data loss.
• The user is solely responsible for the content they upload and the associated rights.
• Results generated by AI (restoration, colorization, animation) are provided "as is" without guarantee of historical accuracy.

Termination

Mnemovid reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation. Unused credits are not refundable in case of termination for breach.

Modification of Terms

Mnemovid may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
