Terms of Sale

Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of credits on the Mnemovid service, available at https://mnemovid.com.

Products and Pricing

Mnemovid offers credit packs for generating Heirloom quality animations (high definition, no watermark):

• 1 credit — $7.99
• 3 credits — $19.99 ($6.66 / credit)
• 5 credits — $29.99 ($6.00 / credit)

Prices are shown in US dollars. Mnemovid reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Applicable prices are those in effect at the time of purchase.

Ordering

Credit purchases are made online on the website. The user selects a pack, proceeds to payment via Stripe, and credits are immediately added to their account upon payment confirmation.

Payment

Payment is made securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). No banking data is stored by Mnemovid. Payment is due immediately upon order.

Delivery

Credits are digital goods delivered instantly after payment confirmation. They are immediately available in the user's account.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. By purchasing credits, you agree that their use may begin immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for used credits.

Unused credits may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@mnemovid.com.

Refunds

In case of a proven service malfunction preventing the generation of an animation despite using a credit, a replacement credit will be issued. For any refund request, contact contact@mnemovid.com.

Credit Validity

Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in the user's account as long as it is active.

Liability

Mnemovid is committed to providing the service with due diligence. However, result quality depends on the photo provided and cannot be guaranteed. In case of dissatisfaction, a replacement credit may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In accordance with the Consumer Code, in case of dispute, you may use a consumer mediator. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.

Mediation

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator will be provided upon request at contact@mnemovid.com.
